Swipe Decision

Create decision interactions where learners swipe left or right to categorize scenarios

Swipe Decision: Rapid-Fire Binary Analysis

The Swipe Decision generator is a professional visual interface for code that brings a modern, familiar interaction to instructional design. By stripping away complex menus and focusing on a simple "This or That" mechanic, this tool forces learners to make quick, instinctive judgments based on their training. It is a creative design solution for reinforcing binary concepts—such as "Safe vs. Unsafe" or "On-Brand vs. Off-Brand"—in a way that feels more like a high-end application and less like a traditional quiz.

How To Use the Generators

Each tool in the eLearningDesign.org ecosystem follows a streamlined, three-step workflow designed to keep you focused on instructional strategy while we handle the technical execution.

  • Customize Your Design: Switch to the Design tab to align the tool with your course aesthetic. You can manually adjust colors, typography, and layout structures to ensure a seamless visual fit.

  • Generate and Embed: Go to the Generate tab to finalize your tool. Click "Copy Embed Code" for your authoring tool's HTML block, or "Download as HTML" for local hosting and offline use.

Common Use Cases

  • Safety Audit Training: Present images of workplace setups and have learners swipe right for "Compliant" and left for "Hazard" to build rapid identification skills.
