Build Realistic Chat Simulations Without Branching Logic

Build Realistic Chat Simulations Without Branching Logic
Rise gives you text blocks to describe a conversation. It can't let learners actually have one. Customer support, sales, and management training all hinge on what you say in the moment, but building a branching chat in Storyline means layers and variables for every possible reply.
The Chat Message Simulator lets you script the conversation and branching responses visually, then export a single HTML file and embed in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Canvas, Moodle, or any LMS that accepts HTML.
Use it for customer service practice, difficult conversations, and any skill that lives in real dialogue, giving learners realistic reps before the conversation counts for real.
How To Use the Generators
Each tool in the eLearningDesign.org ecosystem follows a streamlined, three-step workflow designed to keep you focused on instructional strategy while we handle the technical execution.
Input Your Content: Open the Content tab to add your specific learning prompts, interactive options, and coaching feedback. This is where you build the logic and instructional heart of your activity.
Customize Your Design: Switch to the Design tab to align the tool with your course aesthetic. You can manually adjust colors, typography, and layout structures to ensure a seamless visual fit.
Generate and Embed: Go to the Generate tab to finalize your tool. Click "Copy Embed Code" for your authoring tool's HTML block, or "Download as HTML" for local hosting and offline use.

Sales Enablement: Drop reps into a prospect conversation where each response opens or closes the next step in the deal.
Manager Training: Have leaders rehearse a tough one-on-one message and see how tone and word choice change the outcome.
