eLearningDesign.org is operated by Genovese Designs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

  • Account information: name and email address when you create a Memberstack account

  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full credit card number)

  • Content you create: text, images, and settings you enter into our generators (this data is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers)

 

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, generators used, time spent on the Site

  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and its generators

  • Process subscriptions and payments

  • Manage your account and membership status

  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests

  • Analyze usage trends to improve our tools and user experience

  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the Site. These providers may collect and process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Memberstack — Account authentication and membership management

  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing

  • Wix — Website hosting and analytics

  • Vercel — Application hosting for generator tools

  • GitHub — Code repository and deployment

  • Google Analytics (if enabled) — Website traffic and usage analysis

 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain basic account records for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functionality: keeping you logged in, remembering membership status

  • Analytics: understanding how visitors use the Site (via Wix Analytics and/or Google Analytics)

  • Payment processing: Stripe uses cookies to prevent fraud

 

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Site.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using HTTPS encryption across the Site and relying on industry-standard security practices from our third-party providers (Stripe, Memberstack, Vercel).

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Note: HTML output created with our generators may be used in educational settings, including K–12 classrooms. In those cases, the educator or institution is responsible for compliance with applicable student privacy laws (such as FERPA and COPPA). Our generators process content in the browser and do not collect or store student data.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Opt out of certain data collection practices

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information.
