Judge for Yourself

Give learners a case and ask them to rule on it themselves.

Best for: policy calls, ethics, gray areas.

Build Case Judgment Activities Without Coding

Policy training teaches the clear cases. Work is made of the unclear ones, where two policies point in different directions and somebody still has to decide by Friday.

Judge for Yourself puts learners in that seat. You write the case and the reasoning behind each ruling, then export a single HTML file you embed in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Canvas, Moodle, or any LMS that accepts HTML.

Use it for HR decisions, ethics training, and policy application, where the point is building judgment for the cases the handbook does not cover.

WHY IT WORKS

Judge for Yourself hands learners a case and asks them to rule on it before seeing the reasoning.

Across 64 studies, prompting learners to explain their reasoning produced a solid gain in learning. Bisra et al. (2018).
